Thank you for your interest in attending our 30th Annual CABE65 Mini-Conference 2026!
Our In-person Conference will be on Saturday, November 7th from 8:00-1:00 at Otay Ranch High School, located at 1250 Olympic Parkway, Chula Vista, CA 91913.  

All proceeds go towards awarding $1,000 to deserving South County High School Seniors and $50 to sixth-grade students who are the pathway to biliteracy from each elementary school. Registration cost is not refundable; we can substitute participants instead. Our local students depend on scholarship dollars. This is a nonprofit event.  

All workshops are designed for Parents, Teachers, Para-Educators, and Administrators focused on maximizing parent engagement and increasing the achievement of English Language Learners.
