CABE Scholarship Application is Now OPEN
We are pleased to announce that San Diego South County C.A.B.E (California
Association for Bilingual Educators) Chapter 65 is once again awarding
scholarships to college-bound high school seniors graduating in the Spring of 2024. The CABE65 scholarship supports multilingual students who are determined to further their education by pursuing a college degree. A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to one senior from each high school in the Sweetwater Union School District and South County charter high schools.
Thank you for your interest in attending our 28th Annual CABE65 Mini-Conference 2023! Our In-person Conference will be on Saturday, November 4 from 8:00-1;00 at Otay Ranch High School located at 1250 Olympic Parkway Chula Vista, CA 91913.
All proceeds go towards awarding $1,000 to deserving South County High School Seniors. Registration cost is not refundable, we can substitute participants instead. Our local students depend on scholarship dollars. This is a nonprofit event. All workshops are designed for Parents, Teachers, Para-Educators, and Administrators focused on maximizing parent engagement and increasing the achievement of English Language Learners.
